Learn Tricks on both Aerial Silks and Aerial Hoop. An amazing Opportunity for Dancers, Gymnasts and Teachers to up skill. Our Dance Workshops offer the 0pportunity to work with a Professional Choreographer and learn a Routine from DoPortugal International Circuses latest Production or alternatively have a Routine Created for your School!

Aerial Acrobatics is a whole body exercise. It can increase your flexibility , physical fitness and is great for Mental Health.

AERIAL ACROBATICS WORKSHOP

This workshop consists of a 10 Minute Warm up and Conditioning, 45 minutes on the equipment learning tricks on both Aerial Silks and Hoop and a 5 minute cool down.

A DAY OF AERIAL AND DANCE

A full day 9am-3pm Workshop

Includes as many Aerial classes, dance classes or a mixture of both as you wish. Alternatively split the day over 2
